TBNSA Posting Guidelines

These guidelines set out what you can and cannot post on The Business Network South Africa (TBNSA). They are designed to keep our community professional, relevant, and safe. By submitting content, you agree to follow these guidelines and our Terms of Use.

What You May Post

  • Offers – Business offers, promotions, or services you or your company provide.

  • Requests – Needs, requirements, or opportunities for collaboration.

  • Resources – Links to your own articles, tools, or business insights; or links to third-party resources relevant to members.

  • Events – Business events, webinars, or networking opportunities.

What You May Not Post

  • Spam or irrelevant advertising.

  • Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful.

  • Confidential or personal information about third parties without their consent (POPIA applies).

  • Material that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

  • Political or religious content not directly related to business networking.

Post Duration

  • Offers and Requests automatically expire after 6 months.

  • Resources and Events remain active until you or TBNSA Admin remove them.

Moderation

  • TBNSA Admin may edit, restrict, or remove any post at any time if it does not follow these guidelines.

  • Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or termination of membership.

External Links

  • You may include links in your posts.

  • All links are accessed at members’ own risk — TBNSA is not responsible for the content or security of third-party websites.

Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you post.

  • TBNSA does not endorse or verify member content.

  • Any business engagements made through TBNSA are between members only.
